Secluded property with native post oak and elm provide the backdrop and structure for the new landscaping. This project will consist of additional phases as construction on the house, driveway and pool progress, working towards a master plan. Phase 1 consisted of a facelift to the existing home and approach to the entry with a walled courtyard sitting area. This transitional design with a refined color palette of greens and whites uses variations in form and texture to provide visual interest and accent the architecture. Perimeter curvilinear beds with mixed plantings tie the clean lines of the beds adjacent to the home to its natural surroundings while providing additional privacy and screening.
